  • Fondant (this would be on the outside of any of the above. Although it’s very sweet, our fondant is quite soft and we roll it very thin)

Gluten-Free*** Options:

***We are not a gluten-free bakery and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. We have processes in place to minimize that happening but there is a great deal of gluten in the air and on our work surfaces.

Cake Flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Coconut, and Lemon (the only things we make from a mix), and Orange-Almond made from scratch

Fillings/Frostings: Chocolate Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry and Triple Berry Jam, Fresh Fruit, Caramel, and any flavor buttercream
